INTENTIONAL TIME TO BECOME AWARE OF GOD’S PRESENCE IN YOUR LIFE
Spiritual Direction
What Happens in Spiritual Direction
EACH SESSION IS A SPIRIT-LED TIME OF PRAYER AND CONVERSATION.
We begin by slowing down—often with silence and prayer—orienting to God and the present. From there, you are invited to simply bring what is real. You may talk about your life, your relationships, your inner world, or your experience of God—or even the absence of it. Together, we listen for how God might be present in it all. Sometimes that looks like noticing emotions or patterns that have gone unspoken. Sometimes it looks like prayer in the moment. Sometimes it looks like quiet awareness, without many words at all.

What You
Might Bring
You might bring:
what feels confusing, heavy, or loud
a sense of distance from God
questions about your direction
emotional overwhelm or numbness
a desire to experience God more
Maybe the most honest question is:
“What is actually going on in my life right now—and where is God in it?”
What You Might Experience Over Time
As we slow down and listen for God, something begins to shift. You may start to notice Him more in your everyday life. You may start to feel His care for you. You may begin to follow His voice with greater clarity and confidence. Over time, your relationship with God becomes more personal and lived. You may start to know what it's really like to trust God.
This is a journey of becoming securely attached to God in the way He has always intended.
